Nicolas has also spent countless hours staging and absorbing creative culinary inspiration at some of the world’s most distinguished restaurants, including several Michelin Star rated. Rare to have such a diverse and broad range of food and nutritional understanding, yet this is what has enabled him to develop his very unique style and approach to cuisine.
